Formally known as the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund, the Fund was designed to provide compensation for economic and non-economic loss to individuals or relatives of deceased individuals who were killed or physically injured as a result of the 9/11 attacks.

If you were present at a 9/11 crash site at the time of the crashes or in the immediate aftermath, defined as the period between the attacks and May 30, 2002, and suffered physical harm as a direct result of the crashes or of rescue, recovery, cleanup efforts or debris removal, you may be an eligible claimant.
